Cristina de Borbon, sister of Spain’s King Felipe VI, and her husband, Inaki Urdangarin, will stand trial on charges of tax fraud.

Urdangarin, 46, is accused of embezzling 6 million euros in public contracts through a non-profit that channeled money to his other businesses. Some of the money was allegedly used for personal expenses.

If convicted, Princess Cristina, 49, faces four years in prison; Urdangarin faces up to 19 1/2 years.
